Kaloov is an online marketplace that connects new Indian startups with shoppers. This policy covers the information you share with us on this website, kaloov.com.

We only collect the information you type into our forms, plus anonymous visit counts:

• Early access list: your name, email address and city.
• Founder application: your name, startup name, email address, phone number, website or Instagram, and a short description of your business.
• Contact form: your name, email address and message.
• Visit counts: which pages are visited, counted anonymously by Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, doesn't follow you across other websites and doesn't tell us who you are.

We use your information to:

• reply to your messages;
• review founder applications and contact founders about joining Kaloov;
• send you a welcome email, and email you again when the Kaloov app launches, if you joined the early access list;
• greet you by name and plan which cities Kaloov launches in first.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We use trusted service providers to receive form submissions, send emails for us and count website visits. They may only use your information to provide that service to us.

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• show you the information we hold about you;
• correct it if it is wrong;
• delete it;
• stop sending you emails.

This website is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Our Grievance Officer is Raghu. If you have a complaint about how we handle your information, please write to grievance@kaloov.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We will update this policy before the Kaloov app launches. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
